This film follows the adventures of a young cub through his first summer of life. It is absolutely wonderful in it's showing of bears, at least from a cinematic view, however, the bears are shown completely unrealistically, as the young cub is adopted by an adult male. But, the quality of the film itself more than makes up for it's artificial nature.
